What is Click & Collect?


Click & Collect is a free service which allows you to purchase products online at www.randbfashions.com and pick them up at our physical store. Simply, select a participating R&B store in the UAE at checkout and collect your product at your convenience.


How do I Use Click and Collect?


1. Shop your products online


Browse your favourite products on www.randbfashions.com and add them to your basket.


2. Choose your shipping method.


Select Click & Collect from the shipping page.


3. Select a store


Choose from our list or use the map view to select the store you’d like to collect from.


4. Pay for your order


Review your order, make your payment and proceed to the confirmation page by clicking on 'Place Your Order'.


5. Collect your order


We’ll send you an email and SMS when your order is ready. Head to your selected collection point with your Emirates ID or Passport to collect your order.

1. How does Click & Collect Work?


Click & Collect is a convenient and complimentary service which allows you to place an order on one of our sites, select your pick-up point as one of our participating stores in the UAE and collect it at your convenience.


2. How do I place an order for Click & Collect?


Here’s what you need to do to place a Click & Collect order:


  1. Find the products you want to buy by searching for them or by browsing our departments.
  2. Add these products to your basket with the 'Add to Basket' button.
  3. Click your mini-basket from the top right of the screen and hit the 'Checkout Now' button.
  4. Choose the store you would like to collect from using the drop down list.
  5. Enter your payment information and click the 'Continue' button.
  6. Review your order and place it using the 'Place Your Order' button.


3. How much does it cost and when will I be able to collect my order?


Click & Collect is free from your chosen store.


You’ll receive an SMS and an email when your order is ready for collection.


4. Which store will my order go to?


When you place your order, you’ll be able to select a store that’s convenient for you from a list of stores available for your order.


The name of your chosen store will appear in your email confirmation.


5. Can I choose any store?


During checkout you will only see the stores which have Click & Collect available. You can select any of the listed store at your convenience.


6. Can I change a chosen store after I place an order using Click & Collect?


Sorry, but you can't change your pick-up store. You must pick up your order at the store you originally selected. If you’re unable to pick up your order at the store you selected, you can cancel your order.


7. How can I pay for a Click & Collect order?


Click & Collect is a pre-paid service meaning we only offer collection for orders placed using a Credit or Debit card or Tabby.


Cash on Delivery orders are excluded from Click & Collect.



8. Can I cancel my order?


You can cancel your order in the following ways:


  • Go to 'My Account' on our website to initiate cancelation yourself.
  • Write to us on care@randbfashions.com and we'll help you cancel your order.


9. How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?


We'll send you an email when your order is ready, confirming your chosen store and all of the details needed to make your collection a smooth process.


We will also send you an SMS when your order is ready for collection.


10. What do I need to bring to collect my order?


You need to bring your email confirmation. This can either be printed or on your smart phone or tablet.


We will also need to see a form of identification to make sure that we are giving your order to the right person. This needs to be either:

  • Valid Emirates ID
  • Valid driver`s license or passport featuring a current photograph


11. Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?


Yes, that’s not a problem. However, they will need to bring a copy of the email confirmation and their own photo ID.


12. How long will you hold my order?


We’ll hold your order in store for 14 days, after which we’ll initiate your returns and process your refund.


If you've paid by Credit or Debit card, our bank or card issuer may take an additional 7-15 days to process the transaction.


13 . What time shall I pick up my order?


You can pick up your order any time after 3:00 PM, but it’s best to wait for our email or SMS confirmation before you set off. Please check the opening times of your chosen store as they may vary. Find your nearest store here.


14. Where do I pick my order up in store?


Each store has a dedicated area for collections. This will be detailed in your ‘ready for collection’ email.


Alternatively, any of our staff will be happy to point you in the right direction.


15. How can I return my Click & Collect Order?


There are some products that we don't take back. Check our Returns Policy for more details.


You can return your products in three easy ways.


I. Request a return online


  1. Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request.
  2. Our courier partner will get in touch with you to schedule a pick-up. Hand over your returns and they’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt.
  3. We’ll check your returns and credit your refund to your card, bank account account within 4-15 days.
